This limits freedom and sets the body up for illness and injury. This seminar will explore the continuity of movement via Systema, an art of natural movement for daily life and personal safety

Are You Ready For the Wild
Movement and Wilderness Course
Hosted by National SP Training Centre
Take your training to the playground of nature! Practice the combative arts of Systema while interacting with uneven ground, plant life, and the unpredictable weather. This 8-hour course will also explore improvising first aid, fire starting and plant knowledge, giving you an opportunity to be better equipped to survive the natural environment around you.
9 am-11 am: Fire starting
11 am-1 pm: Plant identification
Lunch Break
2 pm-4 pm: Combat first aid in the wild
4 pm-6 pm: Systema skills
Date: Saturday in July 11th. 2020
Location: Camp Linley. Chilliwack BC , Frost Road
